Chairman
Thiru.N. Kesavan, one of the Founders of VCE, is a pioneer and a trendsetter. He is an educationist who wishes to upgrade the students who up hail from even the rural areas of Pondicherry. His aim is to transform this institution into a ‘research centre’, with a unique identity.
Managing Director
Thiru. M. Dhanasekaran, the philanthropist, is widely known as ‘the man of action’. He aims, not merely the transfer of knowledge, but also the ‘transformation of human personalities’. He provides opportunities to all his students to reach the pinnacle of education and encourages the rural students to unveil their hidden potentialities.

Thiru. S.V. Sugumaran@ Subramaniyan, who possesses a great leadership quality, but humble in his outlook, is quite accessible. He looks to it that each and every student is satisfied with the congenial atmosphere of the College. He is a strict disciplinarian, who enforces firm discipline amongst the students.
